Bridging Loans
Short-term finance from 1 to 24 months for time-sensitive acquisitions, auction purchases, refurbishment projects, and chain breaks. Facilities from £25,000 to £50 million with completion in as little as 7 days.
Development Finance
Staged funding for ground-up developments, conversions, and major refurbishment projects. Typically up to 70% of GDV and 90% of total costs, with interest rolled up and repaid on completion or sale.
Mezzanine Finance
Subordinated debt to bridge the gap between senior lending and equity. Enables higher leverage and reduced borrower equity requirements. Typically combined with senior debt for development and acquisition transactions.
